Meet Niki Terlich: Founder of the Face Core Method

Transforming Lives Through Face Yoga and the Power of Inner Resilience

In 2015, my life took an unexpected turn. My oldest son was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and during his treatment, I was also going through a difficult divorce. The emotional toll of that time didn’t just impact my heart—it changed my face. Within months, I looked in the mirror and saw someone I hardly recognized. I was only 35, but the stress had caused my cheeks to lose volume, created new asymmetry, added lines, and even changed the shape of my lips. I longed to see the joyful, vibrant person I once knew.

As my son began to recover, I sought ways to restore my appearance. I started practicing facial exercises I found online, and to my surprise, they made a real difference. Not only did I see physical changes, but I noticed improvements in my mental clarity, focus, and mood. Over time, I discovered that face yoga didn’t just reverse signs of aging—it fostered emotional balance and inner peace.

Years later, after teaching thousands of women and training face yoga teachers, I developed the Face Core Method. This unique approach addresses five distinct pillars of facial aging, acknowledging that facial changes aren’t linear or one-dimensional. By understanding and working with the different ways our faces transform, I help others not only restore their appearance but reconnect with their inner strength and resilience.

I’m thrilled to share this journey with you through the Face Core Method, guiding you toward radiance and inner calm. I hope you too, will find healing and reconnect with your inner and outer beauty through self-care and face yoga.
