Need to pause or cancel?
You have the ability to pause or cancel your membership right from your personal dashboard.
Please login to the website (not the app) here.
Once you have logged in, look for your name or email address in the top right hand corner. Click on this to access the menu. Select Membership - Subscriptions. From here you can select to pause or cancel your membership.
Please note: If you have purchased a subscription through the Apple Store, you will need to cancel via your iPhone, in the same way that you cancel any app that you purchase.
